Q: Lucía Oxenford, you are one of the most recognized Peruvian actresses in the show business. Can you tell us about your decision to leave your acting career in Peru and pursue a new opportunity in Argentina?

A: Yes, of course. In 2014, I decided to take a break from my acting career in Peru and explore new opportunities in Argentina. It was a tough decision because I had established myself as an actress in my home country, but I wanted to challenge myself and try something new.

Q: And what did you do after you arrived in Buenos Aires?

A: I enrolled in the Production of Shows program at the University of Palermo to gain the skills and knowledge I needed to pursue my new career as a show producer. Then, I began working as a general producer at Vatra Producciones.

Q: Tell us about your first show as a producer.

A: My first show was called «Radojka», a drama starring my mother, Yvonne Frayssinet, and Pilar Brescia. The audience received it very well, and it helped me establish myself as a show producer in Argentina.

Q: You mentioned that it was not easy for you to leave your acting career in Peru. What challenges did you face when starting your new career in Argentina?

A: I faced many challenges when I arrived in Argentina. I had to adapt to a new culture, a new language, and a new way of working. It was difficult at first, but I was determined to succeed, and I persevered.

A: My advice would be to never give up on your dreams, no matter how difficult they may seem. Hard work, dedication, and perseverance are essential to achieving success in this industry. And always remember to stay true to yourself and your vision.
