Journalist: Hello Álvaro, thank you very much for granting us this interview. We know that fitness and taking care of your physical appearance are fundamental in your life. Could you tell us a little more about that?

Álvaro: Hello, thank you. Yes, fitness and taking care of my body are a fundamental part of my life. I love to train, get tattoos, and take care of myself, and that is reflected in my physical appearance.

Journalist: Álvaro, tell us, how did you decide to start in the world of fitness?

Álvaro: Well, you see, I was always drawn to seeing guys on TV and on social media with an impressive physique, and I wanted to be like them. Also, the fact that I could get attention from girls motivated me, so I started training, and gradually, it became my lifestyle.

Journalist: And how did you decide to get your first tattoo?

Álvaro: I started seeing images on the internet of tattoos and I kept searching and searching until I found one that I liked. From there, it became something I wanted to do. I always loved the idea of tattooing my whole body, and I finally did it.

Journalist: Are you happy with the result of your tattoos?

Álvaro: Yes, I am very happy. I don’t plan on removing any of them, even the name of an old girlfriend because, to me, they represent an important part of my life that I don’t want to forget. Each tattoo has its story, and I wear them with pride.

Journalist: Do you think fitness is a lifestyle?

Álvaro: Absolutely. For me, fitness is not just a physical activity, but a philosophy of life. It is something that I always carry with me and that has allowed me to develop both physically and mentally. I wouldn’t know how to live any other type of life at this point.

Journalist: What food do you like a lot but avoid for fitness reasons?

Álvaro: French fries are my downfall. I would love to eat them every day, but I know they are oil bombs and not good for me. So, I have them banned from my diet.

Journalist: Are you good at cooking?

Álvaro: Well, just enough. I mainly cook fitness meals, like grilled chicken breast and white rice. They are easy to prepare and help me maintain my healthy eating habits.

Journalist: What do you usually order in restaurants when you travel?

Álvaro: I always opt for healthy meals, like salads, boiled potatoes, or grilled fish. I like to take care of my diet, even when I am away from home.

Journalist: Do you weigh yourself every day?

Álvaro: No, but I control my weight regularly because it is an important part of the process.

Journalist: What are your goals regarding your physical appearance?

Álvaro: My goal is to always maintain an aesthetic and attractive body for people to see, without becoming too exaggerated.

Journalist: Is the effort to maintain a healthy diet and daily exercise a pain or a pleasure?

Álvaro: For me, it is a pleasure, although there are days when it hurts. It is part of my daily routine and something that I have learned to enjoy. It requires a lot of physical and mental effort, but the results are worth it.

Journalist: Do you think exercise and bodybuilding can become an addiction?

Alvaro: Yes, definitely. I love traveling, but even on vacations, I go to gyms and train. It’s something I never stop doing. I think, as with everything, you have to know how to maintain a balance and not fall into obsession.

Journalist: Besides fitness, what other activities do you enjoy in your free time?

Alvaro: I love traveling and photography, and I try to do both whenever I can. I also enjoy nightlife in certain places, but I avoid alcohol, tobacco, and drugs.

Journalist: Have you noticed that your sculptural body gives you any kind of advantage in daily life?

Alvaro: In daily life, not many, but yes on social media or when I travel. It attracts a lot of attention, and sometimes people come up to take pictures with me and ask me things. Although sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming.

Journalist: Have you had any confrontations with other men because of your appearance?

Alvaro: No, on the contrary. I think many seek my friendship to have more women around.

Journalist: Speaking of sex, do you think being fit makes it easier for you in that aspect?

Alvaro: Yes, of course. You have much more endurance and strength in any area, including sex.

Journalist: Have you ever experienced rejection from a girl due to your physical appearance?

Alvaro: Well, obviously, I can’t please everyone, but I haven’t experienced rejection in that sense. I think many girls are attracted to my physical appearance and style.

Journalist: What do you think is the most attractive thing about you to girls?

Alvaro: I think the first thing that catches their attention is my physical appearance and style. I also like to make people laugh, although I’ve never tested if that works with girls.

Journalist: Thank you very much, Alvaro, for sharing your experience with us and for being so open. We wish you all the best in your career and personal life!

Alvaro: Thank you! It’s been a pleasure.
