Interviewer: Good afternoon, Alejandro. Thank you for joining us today.

Alejandro Hoyos Londoño: Good afternoon, thank you for having me.

Interviewer: First of all, can you tell us a little bit about yourself and your background in dentistry?

Alejandro Hoyos Londoño: Sure, I’m a young dentist from Colombia, born in 1991. I graduated from the Antonio Nariño University in 2014 and I’ve worked with some of the biggest dental companies in Colombia. But three years ago, I decided to start my own business, focused on dental tourism.

Interviewer: That’s interesting. Can you tell us more about your business?

Alejandro Hoyos Londoño: Of course. My company is focused on bringing patients from all over the world, mainly from the United States, to Colombia to have cosmetic dentistry treatments. We offer a comprehensive package that includes transportation, hotel accommodations, and spa services. Our main goal is to provide high-quality dental treatments while also giving patients the chance to enjoy the beauty of our country.

Interviewer: That sounds great. How do you differentiate your work from others in the industry?

Alejandro Hoyos Londoño: What sets us apart is our focus on achieving natural-looking results. We use a technique called «Ultra Ceramic Veneer», which involves applying thin ceramic lenses that mimic the shape and color of natural teeth. This technique produces very natural-looking results that our patients love.

Interviewer: That’s really impressive. Can you tell us more about the benefits of dental tourism?

Alejandro Hoyos Londoño: Dental tourism is beneficial not only for patients but also for the Colombian economy. We work with various service providers like transportation companies, hotels, restaurants, and spas, which creates employment opportunities and helps boost the local economy. And of course, for patients, they get high-quality dental treatments at a fraction of the cost they would pay in the United States.

Interviewer: That’s great. What do you think has been the key to your success?

Alejandro Hoyos Londoño: I think it’s a combination of factors. My team and I are dedicated to providing our patients with the best possible experience, and we’re always looking for ways to improve our techniques and services. But I also think that our success is due to the fact that we’re passionate about what we do. We love helping people improve their smiles and confidence, and we’re proud to be able to promote our country in the process.
