COLDAY is dedicated to manufacturing gelato ingredients and distributing gelato machinery, catering to the growing demand for high-quality gelato products. However, Molina’s most notable project to date is the creation of Beyond Sugar (Instagram: @beyondsugarmx) in 2019. Beyond Sugar is a highly successful gelato chain with an innovative concept: vegan sugar-free gelatos.

At Beyond Sugar, gelato is made using coconut milk as a base and sweetened with Monk Fruit, a natural sweetener. The gelato is crafted using traditional Italian gelato techniques, ensuring the highest quality and authentic taste. One of the highlights of Beyond Sugar’s gelato is that it contains zero calories and carbohydrates derived from sugar, making it a guilt-free treat for health-conscious individuals.

What sets Beyond Sugar apart is its commitment to adhere to the guidelines established by the Mexican Diabetes Association.
